To make sure we can do our best work and keep your belongings safe, we ask that the fridge is emptied and appliances and stoneware are removed from cabinets and drawers before we arrive. We are happy to put everything back once it is all cleaned up. We will also load and run the dishwasher for you, we just ask that you let us leave the unloading to you to avoid any accidental breakage.

We ask that you have fresh linens ready before we arrive. However, we understand life gets busy and that is not always doable. We have partnered with The Mat so we can handle the laundry for you, just let us know ahead of time and we will get that sorted.
Inviting someone in for a deep clean takes trust, and we want you to feel completely comfortable with us in your home. On the Flye is fully insured so you never have to worry about who is walking through your door. We use eco-friendly products that are safe around you, your kids, and your pets. Our stewards take pride in every space they clean and treat your home the same way they would treat their own.

Walkthrough and Quote
We will do a walkthrough of your home to get a clear picture of what needs to be done and put together a quote based on what we find.

Prep Your Home
Before we arrive we will ask you to take care of a few things. A little preparation on your end helps us do our best work without disrupting your day more than necessary. This may include emptying the fridge, clearing cabinets, and having linens ready.

We Get to Work
Our stewards come in and take care of every room, making sure to get those spots that have not gotten enough attention on a regular basis. Your home gets a proper reset from top to bottom.
