Referrals, Gift Cleans, and Trial Services

So, you want to know more?

On the Flye offers a limited set of introductory and gift-based services designed for clients who want to experience the OTF standard before committing to ongoing care—or for those looking to give a thoughtful, practical gift.

These offerings are structured to support long-term relationships while maintaining consistent quality across all services.
 

Referral Program

When you refer a friend to On the Flye and they complete their first service, you both receive a thank-you.

 

Who’s Eligible:

Referrers

  • Current OTF clients, or

  • Clients who have completed a service with OTF within the last 5 months

Referred Friends

  • Must be new clients (never previously booked with OTF)
     

How to Refer:
  • Ask your friend to mention your full name when booking, or

  • Email info@ontheflyeclean.com with your full name and your friend’s contact details

Referrals are confirmed once the new client completes and pays for their first service.
 

Referral Rewards:

Referrer

  • $25 account credit applied after the referred client’s first paid clean

  • Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and applied to the earliest eligible appointment

Referred Friend

  • 10% off their first Deep Clean

  • $25 off a 4-Hour Intro Clean
     

Gift Cleans

Gift cleans are available for those who wish to give an On the Flye service as a one-time or introductory experience.

  • Gift cleans may be applied to Deep Cleans or 4-Hour Quick Cleans

  • All gift services must be scheduled based on crew availability

  • Gift credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated
     

4-Hour Intro Clean (Trial Our Service)

The 4-Hour Quick Clean is available to new clients only as a trial service for those who would like to experience our team and approach before committing to a full Deep Clean.
 

What to Know

  • This service is not a substitute for a Deep Clean

  • It is designed as a surface-level reset within a fixed four-hour window

  • Scope is prioritized during booking and may not cover the entire home
     

Moving Forward with Recurring Service

  • Clients who wish to continue with recurring service after a Quick Clean will be required to schedule a Deep Clean before recurring service begins

  • This ensures we can maintain consistency, care standards, and long-term results across all homes
     

Scheduling & Availability Notes

  • Deep Cleans typically book 7–10 days in advance

  • Quick Cleans and Gift Cleans book subject to crew availability

  • Seasonal demand and holidays may require additional lead time
     

Cancellations & Adjustments

  • If a qualifying referral service is canceled, refunded, or not completed, referral credits will be voided

  • Credits cannot be applied retroactively to completed services
     

Verification & Fair Use

OTF reserves the right to verify referrals and introductory services and to decline or adjust offerings if misuse or bad-faith booking is suspected.
