1. Cancellation Notice:

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedules and accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services.

2. Cancellation Fee:

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the notice period:
- More than 48 hours prior to service: No charge
- Between 48 and 24 hours prior to service: 50% of total service fee
- Less than 24 hours prior or same day: 100% of total service fee
- Lock-out (crew unable to access property): 100% of total service fee
