Cancellation Policy

At On the Flye LLC, we greatly appreciate your trust in us for your cleaning needs. As a small business, we strive to provide top-notch service and maintain the highest standards of reliability and professionalism. To ensure that we can continue to serve you and all our valued clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedules and accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services.

2. Cancellation Fee:

  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the notice period:

    • More than 48 hours prior to service: No charge

    • Between 48 and 24 hours prior to service: 50% of total service fee

    • Less than 24 hours prior or same day: 100% of total service fee

    • Lock-out (crew unable to access property): 100% of total service fee

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

4: Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you encounter an exceptional situation that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We are committed to fairness and understanding.
